Privacy Policy
1. Controller and scope
FeelTrading is the controller of personal data covered by this policy for operations carried out through its website and app. For any privacy-related question, contact us at contact@feeltrading.com.
This policy covers information processed when you create an account, sign in, link a social account, enable two-factor authentication, connect a wallet, configure exchange integrations, use community features, purchase a paid plan, submit feedback, or access specific service pages.
2. Categories of processed data
Depending on your use of the service, we may process different categories of personal and technical data.
- Account and identity data: email address, name, creation date, email verification status, primary sign-in method, account status, profile image.
- Social login data: Google or Discord identifiers and metadata such as name, Google email, social identifier, username, and avatar provided by those services.
- Security data: sessions, IP address, user-agent, two-factor status, TOTP secret, hashed backup code, technical session and security cookies.
- Profile and community data: username, avatar, display name, friend requests, friendships, block relationships, battle participation, invitations, ranking, feedback, and related messages.
- Wallet and verification data: wallet addresses, verification status, chain, signature nonce, public wallet visibility choice, addresses linked to certain integrations.
- Exchange integration data: API keys, secrets, passphrases, tokens, or technical information needed for sync when you configure them.
- Trading data: fill history, orders, positions, assets, prices, sizes, PnL, fees, timing, sessions, comments, behavioral fields, favorites, scores, and aggregated metrics.
- Subscription data: subscription and order identifiers, status, renewal or end dates, and data required for Pro plan tracking.
- Technical and preference data: language, theme, timezone, sidebar state, filters, saved setups, local preferences, and browser-stored data.
3. Data sources
Processed data may come from multiple sources: directly from you, your browser, your wallets, your exchanges, your social login providers, our payment provider, and activity generated while using the service.
For example, some trading data is retrieved from wallets or exchange APIs you voluntarily connect. Other data is manually entered by you in the trading journal. Certain technical data comes automatically from your browser or from our session and security components.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to provide the service you request, perform contractual obligations, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and, where relevant, pursue legitimate interests or rely on your consent.
- Service delivery: account creation, authentication, trading journal, trade synchronization, statistics display, profile, friends, block features, battles, invitations, in-app notifications, and leaderboard operation.
- Security and abuse prevention: email verification, 2FA, wallet verification, username moderation, rate limiting, session logging, fraud prevention, and service protection.
- User relationship management: support, feedback, transactional communications, incident resolution, diagnostics, and product improvement.
- Billing and Pro management: checkout creation, subscription webhook reception, and granting or maintaining paid feature access.
- Legal compliance: responding to legally grounded requests, evidentiary retention, exercising or defending rights, and accounting or security obligations.
5. Public features, visibility, and sharing with other users
Some data is visible only to you, while other data may be shared with other users depending on product behavior, safety controls, or your visibility choices.
For example, wallets are shown publicly on your profile only if you enable that visibility. However, certain profile, avatar, username, battle, ranking, and public profile information may be shown when you use corresponding community features.
- The leaderboard may publicly display your username, avatar, and aggregated performance metrics when eligibility conditions are met.
- Battles, invitations, friend requests, and related notification systems may display certain profile, session, asset, exchange, or score information to relevant users.
- Access to certain detailed profile or journal data may be limited by blocking, safety controls, or other internal product rules.
6. Sharing with processors and third-party services
We may share data with providers and third-party services as necessary to run the product. These parties may act as technical processors, infrastructure providers, or separate services you choose to use through FeelTrading.
- Authentication and social login: Google, Discord, and related Better Auth infrastructure.
- Payment and subscription: Creem for checkout, payment webhooks, and subscription status tracking.
- Transactional email: Resend for emails such as verification or password reset when configured.
- Wallet and blockchain: wallet providers, WalletConnect, and related components when you connect a wallet or sign a message.
- Exchanges and trading venues: Hyperliquid, Paradex, Ostium, BloFin, MEXC, and equivalent integrations when enabled.
- 2FA QR generation: when displaying setup QR codes, generation may rely on an external QR code service.
- Hosting, database, logging, and technical infrastructure: cloud providers, databases, CDNs, and networks needed to deploy and operate the service.
7. Cookies, local storage, and technical identifiers
FeelTrading uses cookies and browser local-storage mechanisms to run sessions, apply certain security controls, and remember product preferences.
- Session and security cookies for authentication, email verification, certain 2FA controls, and in some cases admin-related features.
- Theme cookie to remember light/dark mode.
- Local storage for certain non-essential UI preferences such as theme, sidebar state, some filter preferences, local setups, dismissed notices, certain social notification state, and UI state.
- We do not present these mechanisms as behavioral advertising; they are used for product operation and usability in the current service state.
8. Retention period
We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, subject to your requests, account configuration, and our legal obligations.
As a general rule, account, trading, and configuration data is kept while your account is active or as long as needed for service performance. Some data may be retained longer for security, evidence, compliance, legal defense, or accounting follow-up.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect processed data, including access controls, session checks, rate limits, signature verification, webhook validation, and restricted display of certain sensitive information in the interface.
No security measure can guarantee absolute protection. You must also protect your device, login methods, third-party accounts, wallets, authentication secrets, and integration permissions.
10. International transfers
Some providers or technical processors may process data outside your country of residence. By using the service, you understand that certain data may be transferred, stored, or accessed from other jurisdictions when necessary for product operation.
11. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of certain processing, objection to certain uses, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and in some cases portability.
If EU data protection law applies to you, we aim to respond without undue delay and generally within one month, subject to identity verification and request complexity.

12. Minors
The service is not designed for use by young children. By using FeelTrading, you represent that you have legal capacity to accept these documents or are authorized to do so under applicable law.
13. Updates to this policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, integration changes, internal practices, legal updates, or compliance obligations. The latest version available in the interface prevails.
