FeelTrading Legal
Terms of Use
1. Scope of service
FeelTrading provides, among other things, manual and synced trade journaling, performance statistics, order and position tracking tools, user profiles, friends lists, leaderboards, trader battles, feedback forms, and real-time alerts or prompts.
The service may evolve at any time. Some features may be added, removed, limited, reserved for certain plans, or conditioned on external integrations such as Google, Discord, WalletConnect, Hyperliquid, Paradex, Ostium, BloFin, MEXC, or the payment provider.
2. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and lawful information when creating and using your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, social login methods, and session activity secure.
FeelTrading may require security steps, including email verification, two-factor authentication, wallet ownership verification by signature, or confirmation of account information.
- You must not impersonate others or use deceptive, abusive, or unlawful usernames.
- Automated checks, including username availability and moderation checks, may be applied.
- You remain responsible for activity performed through your account until unauthorized access is reported to us.
3. Wallet connections and ownership verification
FeelTrading allows you to connect one or more compatible wallets to verify ownership of an address, sync certain trading data, and, if you choose, display certain verified addresses publicly on your profile.
Wallet verification relies on message signing to prove address control. This signature is not an on-chain transaction and should not by itself authorize transfers or fund movement. You should still review any message carefully before signing.
4. Exchange API keys and synced data
You may configure exchange and tracking integrations, including data from wallets, DEXs, and CEXs, to automatically import and display orders, fills, positions, history, performance, and trading metadata.
You confirm that you have the required rights for each connected wallet, exchange account, API key, address, or identifier. You are responsible for permission levels granted to each key or integration at the third-party provider level.
- We recommend limiting API key permissions to strict minimum requirements.
- You are solely responsible for consequences of incorrect exchange or wallet permission settings.
- FeelTrading may mask certain values in the interface, but this does not replace your own security obligations.
5. Free plan, Pro plan, and payment
FeelTrading may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans, including Pro. Limits, benefits, and restrictions for each plan are those displayed on the site and at checkout.
Payments and technical subscription management may be handled by a third-party billing provider. As of this document update, FeelTrading uses Creem for checkout creation and subscription event handling. We do not store full payment card data in our application database.
Pro access depends on status information returned by the payment provider and correct receipt of related confirmations. Depending on the case, an active, trial, scheduled-cancel, or temporarily past-due status may temporarily keep Pro access enabled.
- Prices, taxes, billing periods, and renewal conditions are shown at checkout.
- Commercial, billing, or cancellation requests may require payment-provider or FeelTrading support intervention.
- Refunds, goodwill credits, or exceptions are not guaranteed unless legally required or explicitly committed by us.
6. Community features and visibility
FeelTrading includes community features such as profiles, friends, friend requests, block controls, leaderboard, battles, invitations, in-app notifications, and certain public or semi-public views. By using these features, you agree that some account, profile, or performance information may be visible or shared according to product rules.
Some information is made public only when you choose to make it public, such as voluntarily displaying verified wallets. Other information may be visible by product design where needed for normal feature operation, such as username, avatar, aggregated ranking, battle data, and certain public profile information. Blocking and similar safety controls may also limit what another user can view or do.
- The leaderboard may display aggregated metrics and profile identifiers when eligibility conditions are met.
- Battles may share certain session, asset, exchange, and performance information with participants or invitees.
- Friend requests, battle invitations, and related in-app notifications may be shown to the relevant users as part of the product's normal operation.
- Profile and journal access may be restricted by blocking or other product rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use FeelTrading in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. Prohibited uses include harming the service, bypassing security controls, mass scraping, leaderboard manipulation, harassment, or posting unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or deceptive content.
- No reverse engineering, abusive scanning, rate-limit bypassing, or unauthorized automation.
- No use of the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or third-party rights violations.
- No importing, displaying, or sharing data you are not authorized to use.
8. Third-party services and external dependencies
The service relies on third-party providers for authentication, email delivery, wallet connectivity, blockchain networks, exchanges, QR code generation, hosting, database, billing, and other technical functions. FeelTrading does not control those third parties' terms, availability, or changes.
Access to some features may be interrupted, degraded, delayed, or limited if a third party becomes unavailable, changes its API, changes permissions or pricing, changes operations, or if your third-party account is suspended or limited.
9. Data accuracy and availability
Statistics, charts, results, scores, rankings, durations, indicators, and aggregations shown on FeelTrading are provided for information based on available data. Temporary or permanent discrepancies may exist between FeelTrading and source systems due to latency, conversions, technical reconciliation, incomplete data, mapping errors, or third-party changes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors, or perfect real-time latency and synchronization.
10. No financial advice
FeelTrading is a software tool for organizing, visualizing, comparing, and analyzing trading data. FeelTrading is not a broker, investment advisor, asset manager, or personalized recommendation provider.
No content, score, ranking, battle, statistic, invite, profile, Pro feature, highlight, or metric on the service constitutes a promise of results, an invitation to trade, or financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
11. Intellectual property
The site, code, text, graphics, visual identity, databases, brand elements, and, more generally, protected FeelTrading materials remain reserved unless otherwise stated. No right of reproduction, extraction, distribution, or substantial reuse is granted beyond normal service use.
12. Suspension, deletion, and account closure
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of access to the service in case of term violations, security risk, abusive behavior, non-payment, legal obligations, or protection of the platform and its users.
You may request account deletion, subject to legal, accounting, evidentiary, or security obligations requiring limited retention of certain information.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FeelTrading is not liable for financial losses, missed opportunities, trading decisions, market interruptions, third-party bugs, exchange behavior, account misconfiguration, third-party data deletion, or indirect, special, or consequential damages related to service use.
If FeelTrading liability is established, it is limited to amounts actually paid for the service during the legally applicable period preceding the triggering event, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, providers, business model, or security measures. The latest version available in the interface prevails, and its update date is authoritative.
For any contractual question, information request, or claim related to these Terms, contact us at contact@feeltrading.com.
